Hey ladies!!

Ok, so since i found out i am preggo i have had 4 smokes.. and i am quitting.. im chewing like crazy on extra chewing gums, and considering i cannot have patches im wondering how you ladies got through it!!

I need help!! I know i can quit, its just the 1st couple of weeks thats gonna be hard!
