In the last week I`ve ben starving but it doesn`t extend into the night, that must be awful waking up so hungry through the night.
Low GI foods are suppose to keep you fuller for longer but in saying that all weekend I`ve been eating grapes and they still don`t keep me full and they are classed as low GI, another low GI food is weetbix, sorry I don`t know of any others.
Perhaps try drinking a couple of glasses of water when you feel hungry, it might help :-k
Sorry I don`t really know what you can do Melinda, hopefuly this appetite of yours will soon pass.
