What?? Dammit, I can't use my nose spray so I sent DH to get some kind of throat lolly that might clear out my nose and he got antiol. Thought they'd be fine but I'd check JIC and I can't have them???? Really???? Anyone else know anything about it??

Crap!!!! I have had about 4 anticol over the last few days and some honey and lemon soothers! I have been taking paracetamol but need to go and get a nasal spray as still cant breathe!
Why is there so much conflicting advice?? Some doctors/pharmacists say it is fine and others say its not!

OMG I have been giving my sick and pg friend at work butter menthols for the past few days, surely at 35 weeks they are not going to hurt her bub?????
