Tash, there is a risk of too much Mercury with tuna and other fish like flake.

I didn't eat any ham while I was pg as I didn't think it was worth the risk. That's just me though, some do and some don't.

You are right. I said that to the GP too last Thursday and she corrected me.

Must be the baby brain!! haaa haaa, can blame it on that in this forum.

I have a new boss today and have made some embarrassing mistakes, and can't blame it on anything in front of him. After lunch I have to keep sucking in my pot when ever I'm near another staff member.

I hate this part of the unknown, not good with suspense as you can tell!

If you're concerned about foods that you can and can't eat etc, just don't that's the best advise I can give!!
