    heartburn :(

    hey ladies,

These pat 2 days i have had some bad heartburn. I was wondering if anyone had any natural remedies for this apart from milk and dairy. Any help would be great, any mums out there with the same thing or have had the same thing would be feeling for me, surley.

    Hi,
i also have been getting it recently, i find not eating before bed helps along with not laying down on the couch after eating. I normally drink milk and have dry bread or yogurt. Try not to have tight clothing on the stomach this will also reduce it. sorry im not much help.

I can't tell you anything natural but tums work very well for me. They are perfectly safe to use during pregnancy and contain calcium as well so there's another bonus.
