Thankyou for your replies, i guess i dont really have anyone for the "rescue remedy" But i do have time out when DS2 sleeps, normally 2 times a day and DS1 is at preschool today. I am still going to ring the pg hotline, will do it shortly after i have cleaned up a little so i can relax.
