Aww hun, you know what caught my attention about this post? The fact that 'moody cow' often describes me to a T this pregnancy. I KNOW I wasn't like this with River...

It's possible that things will settle down in your second trimester. You can get Rescue Remedy from health food stores. Definitely check with a hotline or your doctor about things you can do to stay calm too. Even maybe if you can get out for a 'you time' walk for 20 mins each day.

Hugs though, I yelled at Riv for the first time this pregnancy, and it's not a nice feeling is it, being such a grump. Definitely keep asking people, professionals, those who've been through the same thing til you find something that helps you stay a bit more in control and feeling happier.

k - it's called a Bach Flower remedy. Totally safe for anyone, anytime.

Chemists usually have it, or try a health food shop.
Just get the drops, don't worry about any other form it may come in. Put either 5-7 drops under tongue once you have sworn at your friends and kicked the dog OR drops in you water like I do. It's actually more powerful the more dilute. Always shake it before you ingest, I will only bore you with the reasons if you ask.....
