Well I had stopped martial arts when I went on holidays. I fell pregnant while we were on holidays in Europe (in Florence I worked out) and so haven't gone back to martial arts since. We do a lot of falling and rolling so I would never do it while pregnant, waaay too risky.
Jessie - with the pilates, I've been doing it weekly for the past 2.5 years. I have only done a couple of classes since I got back from hols mainly because I have been soooo tired. But my ob and pilates instructor says it's ok, just take it easy and my instructor will show me alternative levels of the exercises. The place where I do pilates has a special pregnancy pilates class so when it gets too uncomfortable to lie on my belly I will swap over into that class (might be sooner than I think tho!).
