Sorry Jessie but it sounds like it could be that you are having more junky/fatty food and reduced your exercise. I know what you mean though, I have really felt like eating lots of junky fatty food but have managed to avoid it 95% of the timeI still indulge especially chocolate
It's frustrating when you can't exercise as much either! I've gone from heavy martial arts training 4 times a week down to just walking and pilates.
My What to Expect When You're Expecting book says that in the 1st trimester the average weight gain is 0.9-1.3kg.

i guess i better ease off on my MS eat-what-you-like diet.
