I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant now. These days are going by so slowly especially my back is killing me from holding a 10 months old weighting 10kg. On top of that, I've been getting these irritable abdominal cramps.. Nothing severe, it comes and go. No spotting which I am happy to hear. How many of you have had it? And what did you do? I am trying to stay away from panadol although I know it is safe...
