i was told a heat pack on the area can help. But for me i had the same thing around 8 weeks.. i was in so much pain that would come and go. I just rested lots and lots. It does pass so my adivce to you is just ride it out. Just means ur lil one is burrowing in there nice and deep
thanks for your advice. Heat pack surely helped. Didn't know I could use them! I was afraid that the heat will be bad. It was so much help. My cramps were so annoying, but now, they've seem to disappear. Hopefully won't come haunt me again!
Nai, I think you've also made a point. My cramps were partially due to gas. I was so bloated and felt awful! But after the heat pad, I felt much better not to mention a bubble bath!Thank you.
I can sympathise Carmen - my bloating and gas for the first 8-9 weeks was so painful!! It seems to have settled down now though - thank goodness. So there is light at the end of the tunnel (no pun intended )
Yup, I hear you sister. I am 7 weeks (or possibly less, due to my irregular cycles I will have to wait until first scan to know!) and the cramps are getting less now. Even though I know they are just the uterus stretching, it still freaks me out! My GP said that when she got them with her first, none of her medical textbooks even mentioned it, she eventually found it in a Women's Weekly preggers guide lol! And as the other posts say, sometimes it is food-related too. Good luck, and try not to stress!
