There's another (prescription) anti nausea med called zofran that comes as wafers which dissolve in your mouth so you don't have to keep tablets down. Unfortunately they're very expensive.

If its this bad ATM maybe you should see your doc/go to hospital. Once you get dehydrated it's a vicious cycle. Some fluid through a drip and injectable anti nausea medication would probably make you feel so much better you might be able to start drinking again.
