Yep increase your vitamin C intake.
I had both ulcers and bleeding gums during this pregnancy. On top of the Pregnancy vitamins, I was taking 1000mg of Vitamin C suppliments a day and eating oranges and drinking OJ for breakfast.. and it was all getting used (IE I wasn't peeing it out, which is what you do when you have too much Vit C)
Mouth ulcers are a classic sign of low Vitamin C levels generally, but I guess being pregnant makes it worse, it certainly did for me. Only taking the above settled down the ulcers and reduced the majority of the bleeding.
If your ulcers are really bad, get the vitamin C tablets you can suck and put the tablets directly on them, it will sting like no tomorrow but after a few mins they will be numb and it will clear them up super quick. Repeat a few times till they go away.
