I have to agree with everyone above. This is my first pregnancy and I have been feeling queezy non-stop for the last 3 weeks. Sugar makes it worse to the point I WANT to vomit. Anything salty is awesome, cant say about the protein side of it as meat makes me want to puke too.
Couldnt stand the ginger options, they all tasted foul to me.. but salty french fries are what settles me completely. Lots of water seems to keep it at bay as well, but generally Im eating every 4 hours, if I feel it coming back on Ill go the salada, or wierdly, a granny smith apple (worked for my sister too).
Good luck.. oh, and when I got tired, I felt sick and a short rest helped, but I normally feel sick when Im tired so hey.
