Hi MM. Eating all the time helped me too, even though the thought of food made me feel gross!! I started taking B6 and that seemed to ease it. Blackmores have a morning sickness formula which is B6 and Ginger.

    Best of luck xox

I know of a few ideas I've come across on my travels.

Try not having drinks with food.
    Try avoiding hot food.
Some find sugar makes things worse (as in, keeping blood sugar levels average, rather than up and down).
    Berocca might help.
Rest as much as you can.
    Stay well hydrated.
    Fresh air.
Apparently sea sickness bands might help.
    Anything ginger, tea might work.
    Smelling fresh lemon.

Low sugar snacky food ideas - vegemite toast, easymac (prob no nutritional value, but low sugar I think), dim sims, low sugar cereal, fish and chips, tuna, crackers, weak cordial.

Nausea sucks hey. You might find as the weeks progress that you can throw up, which is no fun except that you might feel better afterwards.

What helped me was drinking a cup of tea before I even got out of bed, I barely even lifted my head to drink it, then breakfast as soon as I was up. This kept it at bay and made it more bareable. I still felt sick at times but not like I did if I got up without it.
Hope you find something that works for you soon and start to feel better xxx

Thanks heaps girls! Ive been on the ginger beer today, gosh... its horrible. But if it works, I dont care.

I have thought about the morning sickness tablets but with B6 in them.. do my preg vitamins have B6 in it? Im not sure but Ill have a look because ide be worried that my intake would be too high.

Ive been eating small meals often today and it has helped to some extent. Ive also spent alot of time in the shower (3 showers in total) and that makes me feel a little better.

Fresh air did help today (ive locked myself in my house for almost a week...poor DD ) it was great until I had chocolate while i was out and about 2 mins after the choc, i instantly felt horrible again and came home. So I think my blood sugars do have something to do with it aswell.

My health food shop gave me a homeopathic remedy which I sprayed under my tongue whenever I felt queasy.

I also ate a gingernut biscuit before I got out of bed each morning!

Brushing my teeth was the worst. If I was going to puke - it was then
