congrats on your pregnancy!!! my sister had 10 months between my nephew and niece and she said its great because they are really close. it did take alot for her to get settled but she did brilliantly. if you want any questions answered il ask her to pop in. take care rach xxxxx

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I have 15 months between my elder two, then a gap of 2.5 years, then two more (47 minutes apart ). To be honest it is hard work at times but mainly it is brilliant. The kids are good friends with each other, can share toys, enjoy similar outings, etc. You will be fine and your older child will love being an older sibling.

Oh I am a wee bit envious that you are at the beginning of such an exciting journey. Enjoy every minute

i am in your bb group, and i had the same thoughts when i found out i was preg with DS3.
I have a 2y 4m gap between DS1 & DS2. I thought it was ok.
Then i fell pg with DS3, only 8 months after DS2 was born and i was FREAKING! I thought along the same lines as you, BUT they are getting along alot better than the eldest 2 and they are into the same type of thing, etc. Adjusting with a new child is always hard, no matter how much of a age gap, but you soon get organised and into a routine. I think it took me a few months to get into a routine. But when you have done it its great!!

Enjoy your pregnancy and i am glad i will be sharing the journey with you!

See i just knew you ladies would help me feel better! I guess I just felt so much more prepared for my pregnancy with DS b/c we were actlvely trying...then again when you are actively trying it puts more pressure on you..this way it was totally unexpected..this bubba is my lil surprise Thanks again for alyour support...i know DS will love being a big brother!!
