I don't have a healthcare card, went through SKG.

Think it was about $134 and some of that is recouped as a rebate from medicare - I still haven't taken the receipt in so I can't tell you how much though sorry!
So only some out of pockets here (after rebate)

I think if you go through a public hospital, then it is all covered by Medicare, but I didn't want to wait that long lol
