I have made enquiries into pregnancy pilates. I have had depression in the past and can feel it kind of creeping back, ie not wanting to get out of bed, go places ect. I thought I would make an effort to do some excersice and was wondering if anyone has done pilates before? I am hoping the commitment will keep me busy. I am only 11 weeks and am working full time, mainly night shifts which dont help. Really supportive husband and family, but feel a bit lost.
