    Fruit tingles are great first thing in the morning as they give you a sugar hit before you stand up and feel nauseous. The trick is to have one while you are still lying down!

    Sea sickness bands work for many people too.

    I found dry biscuits and weak cordial to be the best things for me - it's a really personal thing though as what makes you feel well makes others feel sick. You just need to go with what your body says it wants/doesn't want.

    I agree with Nai about drinking weak cordial or juice. Again its about blood sugar levels I think.

    * Lemons - lemon juice, lemons in water etc. A friend of mind found eating them like an orange helped her. Like Nai said, it's really individual as to what will work and sometimes what worked early on stops working later.
    * Dried ginger. (Easy to travel/pack)
    * Not eating and drinking at the same time.
    * Smaller meals more often.

    You might not get m/s that badly. I was expecting it too and it has been around a little bit from time to time but nothing that knocked me about too badly. you escape it! Enjoy Japan

    i have to say McDonalds chips always helped my MS, look for the M!!!

    Or eating every hour or so (could be just a biscuit) helps because it stablises blood sugar, if you get hungry it makes it worse.

    And all the things everyone else said.

    have fun!!
