it could be the same scan - I just thought they waited until basically the half way point because it was at a good developmental step where most "bits" were done? You can definitely find out the sex at the 19 week scan - provided your little one is co-operating. The sonographer who did mine with my DD said he had no doubt whatsoever that she was a girl. Looking forward to my next scan too - will be hoping to see some dangly bits this time!!
