Calluna, there is seriously nothing you can do at this stage. Give yourself a break and stop beating yourself up and stressing. It aint going to make a lick of difference either way.

If you're worried about eating certain foods, dont eat them. If you're worried that moving furniture will cause damage, don't. It's unlikely it will, but if it's a worry, don't.

If you find it difficult to manage your anxiety, then get some counselling.
