You do sound like you are getting SPD. From my experience it will get worse (sorry) until baby engages, then the pain will ease a little. There are lots of things you can do to help. Avoiding long walks, especially if they involve hills or stairs, is a main one. Keeping your knees together when getting in and out of the car or bed also helps a lot. Ice makes a huge difference, and there are support belts you can get which make a difference to some women. A good chiropractor can also make a big difference.
