I was the same with this pg. My hips and pelvis make way too much noise to be normal!! I'm thinking it's SPD, but I don't have a formal diagnosis. I am just trying to manage as I can. The further along I get the worse it is getting. The more I do too, makes it worse. Yesterday I mopped, vacced, walked to the shops (about a 30mins return trip), cleaned and tidyied the whole house and through the night I could barely move in bed, or get up off the lounge. It's sore today too. I really need to stop doing so much...

Thanks for the reply and for the tips Traveller- i'm thinking thats why i'm so sore like I can hardly move... In bed last night I was in agony... I walked a total of just over 9kilometers yesterday. Waited 35 mins for a bus which never showed so was forced to walk to pick up my kids

3.08kil in the morning and 6.17kil in the arvo. I'm really paying for it today... Checking out that thread now. Thanks

Lilias- I guess I'm just shocked to be in so much pain so early on... I mean i do tend to get clicky hips around that 30+ week mark but never anything like this and never so early on. I also did the vaccuming when i got home from the 1st trip and the bending to pick up kids toys etc doesnt help..lol

I guess a trip to the GP may be in order... I can take panadol right??? thats safe in pregnancy??

panadol is safe, but you will probably get more relief from icing just now. Try to rest today, hopefully the pain will ease by tomorrow.

I only got it with DD3, but oh my goodness, it was so painful! Once she started engaging though, it was soooooo good. Hopefully you get some relief soon.
Oh, and a massive congrats on the pregnancy!!
