Hello Leckert.Not liking crunchy vege could certainly make things more difficult, but not impossible. Maybe you could do some warm salads, where the vege is cooked first, or just get you vege intake from cooked vege at mealtimes and fill up with fruit at other times of the day. Good luck with it all.
