I have been eating pretty badly today ...
2 slices of raisin toast with marg and an apple and OJ for brekky (not too bad) but have eaten 3 little packs of shapes for morning tea with mineral water ... keep on needing to munch on things to keep the m/s at bay!
am trying to have chamomille tea instead, and have 2 apples on my desk, but they don't look as appealing as the rest of the little packs of shapes hiding in my drawer ...
maybe I'll just have my lunch (beef & potato soup) early ...
