    Hi there,

I was just wondering where abouts in Melbourne the aquanatal classes are at? I have found several however they are during the day and not evening sessions - which doesn't suit me since I'm at work.

RayRay - you mentioned you were in Melbourne - where do you go?

I'm currently 20 weeks and thought I'd be immune to all the back pain people were talking about, but unfortunately I am not so lucky! aquanatal classes sound perfect!!

The classes are usually run by physios, so calling local places, especially if they specialise in womens health would be a good start. Ours is run at the local public pool, in the hydrotherapy area, so again if you called any swimming pools around they might have classes on.

google aquamums - there are classes in st kilda and armadale, and another site i found said pre-post natal aqua classes in ashburton.

A few things come up in the results so might be worth looking at?
