I have been to these classes. They run them at our hospital as they have a heated indoor pool there in their physiotherapy dept, but there are also the same classes run at the local public swimming pool. The classes were run by a physiotherapist.
I found the classes to be good. It was 45 minutes long I think, or maybe an hour? I cant remember now. We used those water noodle things and we also sat on them and did cycling motions with our legs, or did breatstroke motions with our arms and moved around the pool like that. We also did other exercises with them where we had to pull them through the water like weights. We also did the jogging in water, but I was unco at it because the pool was too deep and I am rather height challenged. It was all very gentle. The only thing I didnt really like was that the pool was very very warm, a bit too warm in my opinion. I also agree, I slept really well afterwards, and I felt relaxed but also energised afterwards.. if that makes sense.
I havent been in a while as they shut down the classes for a few weeks over xmas/NY period, but I am planning to go back to another few classes when they start up again.
