I'm sorry I don't know much about whats available to you, as I am in Melbourne.
I have done aquanatal classes though so I can tell you what my experience was.
The classes I took were run at the local indoor pool, by a physiotherapist, and were done in the hydropool.
So calling the pool/leisure centre or some local physios might be a place to start. The physio who ran mine also advertised in the maternity ward/childcare centre at the hospital.
It was very gentle exercise, mainly walking, some very slow jogging - only if you wanted to- there were also those pool noodles - we sat on those and did cycling motions with out legs.
I think most places start after 3 months. I didn't know about the classes until I was 18weeks, and they were a lifesaver because they really helped with my backpain, and I slept really well on the nights that I went too.
Plus, its good to have other pg women to talk to who are going through or have been through similar experiences!
