im not too sure why u cant put them in the fridge, but im guessin they over ripe too fast and/or loose their goodness

Lol, we had to 'ban' a resident at a nursing home I used to work at from eating bananas! He was addicted and was getting waaaay too much potassium so we had to take them off him!

Thats silly not having bananas in the fride I used to work for a banana ripening company and guess where they are stored...In the fridge it's the heat that actually makes them ripen quick and get brown spots.
After reading all that on bananas I want one now hee hee
