I've been told no bike riding, in case you fall. (And promptly ignored that "advice".) Riding is out too, as horses are a little more tempremental than bikes.

Walking, swimming and gentle antenatal yoga are it. Unless you were very active before, in which case you can do your old exercise, but modified and toned down.
