I haven't been able to exercise since 7 weeks to extreme all day sickness for the first 22 weeks than meant I could barely stand up, let alone exercise
I walk a fair bit now, and am on my feet a lot for work.
I would have kept playing netball until about 12-14 weeks if I hadn't been so sick. I played in our grand final at 7 weeks and almost passed out cause of the nausea so figured it was time to stop.
I'm not one to go swimming, so I'll stick to my walking.
I've put on 5kg this pregnancy and am almost 37 weeks so I'm not too fussed about it.
I have massive food aversions when pregnant, especially to anything sweet or rich so I don't have to worry too much about extra weight from over eating.
I've always been told if you were doing it before you were pregnant it's okay to continue when you get pregnant.
With my last DD I was still horse riding for the first few months too, but obviously it's a matter of safety in the end.
