I just read the article, and interestingly enough, bike riding is one of the suggested exercises! Before I was pregnant, I did bike ride a lot, and a lot harder, so now I'm not going as far or as fast. I also walked/ran, but only walk now. I was swimming initially, but then picked up a few more days at work, so that fell by the way side. I still have some visits left on my pass card, so will hit the pool again at some stage. I'm not really one for pliates and yoga etc, lol!
I'm surprised there wasn't more replies to this thread, is no one else exercising?!? I must admit with my first pregnancy, I didn't exercise after 8 weeks, and I put on a ridiculous amount of weight, so doing my best to avoid that this time!
I think I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing, and as the article suggests, listen to my body. I'll stop riding when it's no longer comfortable, and when I stop feeling safe. Then I'll just have to concentrate on walking, blergh!
Would still love to hear what anyone else is getting up to?
