Haaa not much of an idea here Lily, still not seen an ob, and this is my second pregnancy!(midwife care so far, though I'm supposed to see a dr this pregnancy for a checkup..)
I'd say they might just ask questions about your history to determine any factors that might potentially create complications in pregnancy...eg, if they know there's a history of depression or diabetes, they'll watch more closely for that. And maybe blood tests, if you haven't had any already, to check iron levels, rubella immunity...and other things I can't remember!
