i had one during pregnancy which my dr said not to worry about, sounds alot like yours too... wasn't sore or anything just *there*... the during birth it got massive tho (well i thought, the nurse said it was only tiny, so I'd hate to see/feel what a big one would be like!) ><;; I tried the cream and it worked. Plus, yeah... don't strain! I did that a couple of times and the little bugger popped right back out again.
