Update- i just went to the toilet again just to check and nothing, i even stuck a finger up (sorry TMI) and nothing.. so maybe i am just being a being a big worry wart, i will still see the doctor tomorrow just to be sure and i will keep monitoring it.
Hey ladies. Just letting you know that i had sent my mum a message on facebook last night telling her, i would have called her but it was late and she would have been asleep (turned out i was right) she rang me about 20 mins ago, woke me up lol but she is taking me to the doctors now, she is really worried but also said that she had bleeding with my brother and turned out to be only a cyst that had burst... so am hoping for something along those lines, i had a bit of cramping last night but nothing too serious, belly is a bit sore this morning but that could be normal too. I will keep you all updated when i get back from the doctors, hopefully get my ultrasound today so it makes me feel better hearing my bubs heartbeat.
Thanks again for all your support and your kind words
Just wanted to give my support. I really hope all goes well this morning at your appt.
I had not a spot throughout pregnancy with DS1 but had a few in the first tri with DS2 and i completely freaked out. But everything was fine and i have two beautiful children.
My thoughts are with you, i hope your mind is put at ease very soon
Thinking and praying everything will be ok hun, As im sure it all will like the rest have said it can be completly normal go easy tonight and rest yourself (your mind) as much as u can hun xxx big hugs
Me personally, I have only ever had early preg bleeding when I've had m/c's (all before 8 weeks), but my stepmother had bleeding for 3 out of her 4 pregnancies. They found out that it was because the placenta was partially covering the cervix and all she had to do was sit down the wrong way and she'd start bleeding heavily. My step-sister is now 16, and perfectly healthy (with a HUGE attitude too), and my little half sister (now 4, also with a HUGE attitude) and half brother (now 3) were born at 37-38 weeks by c/s because of my step-mothers medical condition. They're both perfectly fine even though we thought she'd lost them several time before 30 weeks.
I hope that helps a bit Sending big hugs and sticky prayers your way though!
glad your ok
i had a pretty bloody pregnancy with Oscar (sorry TMI) so dont stress yourself out.
Pregnancy is a weird weird thing body wise.
goodluck xx
I had bleeding when pregnant with all of my babies apart from my first.
With DS2 I was sooooooooo concerned as I had a crampy & heavy feeling in my tummy, and then I would bleed. I bled for 3 days before I sought help and when I did I was given an ultrasound which showed a perfect little bubba. He is now almost 3
Wishing you all the best. If you're still concerned, I would call your Dr up and demand a referral for an US.
Keeping you in my thoughts
Good to hear things are ok, definately take advantage of your days off work and rest. Think positive thoughts and will your little one to grow big and strong. And like you said, don't spend any negitive thoughts of DP right now either just get through the next few days and worry about him in a little bit
Hun if you are concerned that there is something wrong tell your doctor you want an ultrasound. It is your body & your baby, if you need to see your little bubba on that screen for peace of mind you do it.
I bled at about 6 weeks, and it was quite light bleeding, pinkish, though it continued for maybe two days, and now I have a beautiful perfect 3 week old baby, also had a normal delivery and pregnancy was all normal.
In my very first pregnancy, I had a miscarriage. The difference in the type of bleeding with my miscarriage pregnancy, and my healthy one, is huge. With the miscarriage, I started bleeding bright red blood, and a steady flow. basically exactly like having my period. It was about a pad every two hours, and gradually progressed to one an hour.
So that's the difference between when the bleeding should or shouldn't worry you.
I hope all is well and you aren't stressing out of your mind!
