It helps to soften your cervix. I'm pretty sure you can get it at health food shops too. I wish someone had told me about it, it was probably the only thing I didn't try.

    Good Luck MG!!

At my Coles they have MASSIVE bottles of EPO caps. Might be a good option for you if you're going to go crazy with them, Fletch LOL

Yes about 36/37 weeks. Take the normal oral dose that is says on the bottle. Pop 3 high up in your vagina at night

Yup, sorry MG. You can grab them at Coles, Woolies and health food shops. Not sure where the cheapest place is though. Probably Woolies.

Fletch I should have gotten shares when I was pg with Teyha.

Trish, A quick question about the EPO tablets. Do you insert them everyday from 37 weeks? Or just take them orally till nearly your due date then start inserting close to your cervix?

Hi mg ive been induced 3 times all for good reason i think i mentioned it in the belly buddies thread. I will agree with most ladies it isnt the most comfortable situations to find youself in what with the moniters gels but if you explain how you are feeling to the mw's have them explain to you everything thats going on your pain relief options should you take them i feel youll do just fine. For me the fear is going in to labour natural i have no clue what to expect or even when the real thing is happening that scares me !!!

Relle, I was inserting everynight from about 37 weeks onwards. I was still taking them orally too. So I'd take 2 orally in the morning and before bed I would insert 2, by the time I was nearly due I started to use 3 inserted. I was so oiled up Teh should have just slipped out

Remember to keep up the RLT intake as well. 5 cups a day is great

    Trish - thanks, but RLT?
I did some research on this last night - in case it ends up being something that does happen. I dont think that, without reading this thread, then what i read in teh book would of made sense.
