Hi ladies, I just came back from a bike ride, and it got me thinking, what other forms of exercise can I do and until what stage? I do walk, but I hate it, I like bike riding, and I also like swimming. I'm 23 weeks now, but I think safety will be an issue shortly with the bike riding.
So, what did you/do you do, and when did you stop or when are you planning to stop exercising?
