I've had quite bad pain since around that time, Tams. I got a referral to a physio, who was useless, so I ended up booking in for a massage and that did help. I love chiros but I don't have one here in Melbourne and I'm not willing to go somewhere new when I'm pregnant (plus DH hates them and doesn't want me to go to one ever again ).

I bought a body pillow from Lincraft for about $25 and I LOVE it. I also started doing prenatal water aerobics and I can honestly say it does help my pain issues. When my back is bad even just floating around in the pool is absolutely heavenly. I have a lot of pre-existing back injuries so I think I was always bound to have hip and back pain in pregnancy, but massage + body pillow + water aerobics has really helped me.

Good luck with it
