I've had quite bad pain since around that time, Tams. I got a referral to a physio, who was useless, so I ended up booking in for a massage and that did help. I love chiros but I don't have one here in Melbourne and I'm not willing to go somewhere new when I'm pregnant (plus DH hates them and doesn't want me to go to one ever again).
I bought a body pillow from Lincraft for about $25 and I LOVE it. I also started doing prenatal water aerobics and I can honestly say it does help my pain issues. When my back is bad even just floating around in the pool is absolutely heavenly. I have a lot of pre-existing back injuries so I think I was always bound to have hip and back pain in pregnancy, but massage + body pillow + water aerobics has really helped me.
Good luck with it![]()
