Not sure, I have a tendency for pre term labour. With dd1 I had bleeding and cramping from early on, I just had to be careful with bending and lifting. I was still working full time though. Dd arrived at 34 weeks when my waters broke unexpectedly. I was probably in labour all day just didn't realise.
With dd2 I had no bleeding and was fine until i got spd at about 22 weeks, that did force me to slow down and rest but I still went into labour at 35 weeks. I got to 37 with medication and rest.
With Ds I was the healthiest of all three, felt fine. I was probably running around a lot more having two toddlers to chase and take swimming. At 34+4 I went into labour again, I was in hospital then on bed rest and got to 39 +5.
So I have been taking it fairly easy, resting and running around and still gone into labour at about the same time each time so my ob said it seems to be when my body triggers labour.
