Just take it day by day, its hard not to worry if it's going to happen again.

In my case dd1 was 34 weeks, I got to 35 weeks with dd2 but because I was aware of what was happening I was able to go on nifedipine for two weeks and had her at 37. I went into labour at 34 with Ds but with complete bed rest I got to 39 +4.
