definitely no aspirin hun as it thins your blood.

Panadeine is OK only in very small doses and only if really necessary. Same with panadeine forte under STRICT doctor's orders.

I found the best way to fix a headache....and it really really works:

Get a fluffy hand towel and thoroughly wet it and then wring it out. Place it in the microwave until it is steaming and burning hot.

Wait until you can just bear to touch it and wrap it around your neck and pull tightly. Mainly around the back of your neck.

This will increase the blood flow up to your head and should give instant relief

OMG Mabello I love you!! I said to Aaron last night if you were closer I'd drive over & kiss you LOL! Last night I had such a bad headache that it was making me feel nauseaus & I thought my head was going to explode. I remembered this trick & tried it again (last time I don't think it was hot enough). But OMG the relief was fantastic. My headache didn't completely go, but I was able to move my eyes without pain & could actually function again!!
