    Default Pregnancy Yoga

Does anyone know of any pregnancy yoga classes that I can attend on the Sunshine Coast? I've been told to go to them, as it will assist with my attempt of a VBAC. Anything to help!!!!!
    Cheers

yeah i know what you mean, i said through my whole pregnancy... i am going to do yoga.
unfortunately where i live there is no yoga classes for 300km. So i trotted off to the library and hired a pregnancy yoga dvd...

watched it for a bit and thought... this old guy looks like a weirdo and turned it off.. lol

thats as far as i got!

hope you get some responses soon as i hear it is great for labour!

yeah thats probably what I would think too if I had brought a dvd!!!! so if its not too expensive I will make the effort to go to classes... very helpful I have heard when going for a VBAC...

I think the average price is around $10 a lesson (back when i went)although if you go privately it can be more expensive.
