I am now pregnant with number 3, I have had 2 c/s. To answer your questions:

What complications did you experience? None in relation to the CS.
Did you end up with another cs? Yes but, it was not related to the previous CS really, my baby has heart disease, she needed a scheduled birth with cardiologists present.
Did you have a rupture? No and my surgeon said while stitching me up last time that I was good for many more at this stage .
Was it a different sort of pg (eg, could you do all normal things, like lifting etc)? I could do everything the same as I could with my first.
Was it a constant worry that you might rupture? Suprisingly no, leading up tp TTC it was on my mind but once I was pregnant I didn't give it another thought.
