If I were you I wouldn't care what people think, and 22 isn't too young to have kids anyway. Having a baby is up to the individual and everybody is ready at different times. If you were to get weird looks or any comments just tell people to mind their own business or glare at them right back! I was 19 when I got married, 23 when I had my daughter and that was after trying for two years and going through a fertility clinic. I once got a comment from a woman I knew who was a good 15 years older than me and has no kids - this is when I announced to my friends that I was pregnant - she said 'Gee you're a bit young aren't you?!' my reply - 'I don't think so, maybe you're a bit old!' THAT shut her up. Haha
