Do you have a thermos? If you do you could always heat your lunch at home (if its soup or pasta) and then not have to worry about a microwave.

Silly question but can you ring them to see what facilities they have?

They would more than likely atleast have a kettle so if you are into instant noodles or pasta and stuff you could have that.

I eat chicken that i have cooked and then stored myself on sandwiches (so i know its been cokked through and then cooled properly and its fresh) but will only eat it the next day.

You could have plain salad s/wich with cheese and grainy bread.

I lurve salada's with cheese and tomato atm.

Other wise the only suggestion i have is to take along a good old vegemite or peanut butter roll and some fruit and snacks that dont require refidgeration or preparation.
