    I like the thermos of soup idea.

    You could also cook some chicken and as long as you handle it correctly and refrigerate it correctly you could use if for a sanga. It would of course need to be in a esky or the like with an ice brick or two.

    Thanks for your suggestions. I dont have a thermo but i might go get one tonight. lol.
    I dont have any of the details of the place, i know they have a cafe but thats all. Atleast i'll know what i can take next week after tomorrow.

    A tub of yoghurt and a couple of pieces of fruit make a plain old cheese sandwich look a little more inviting. Or take some saladas or similar with cream cheese on them.

    Don't forget to take some snacks if you are there for 10 hours. Buying a box of muesli bars is heaps cheaper than buying chocolates or similar from the cafe.
