I worked until 38 weeks, but I had a fairly uncomplicated pregnancy and didn't find it a problem.
Plus I had the advantage of a sickbay/first aid room with a hospital stretcher etc o I could lie down and put my feet up at lunchtime every day, or any other time I needed to.
