AFM, well, I find myself again in hospital. This time I was in labour. I was having contractions every 4 minutes, and my cervix was shortening with each one. No dilation yet thankfully, so still early days. Have had steriod shots to strengthen the little ones' lungs, and am on adalat (sp?) every 4 hours to break the cycle of contractions. so far so good. have gone from every 4 mins to 4 an hour!!!!! Miraculous little red pills
