Azz: Congrats on having your c/s date all booked in. DH's birthday is the 2nd so your bundles will be joining the "Libra" club.

Murph: You are such a card. Luckily for me my bubs undertakes her dance parties before midnight. It seems your Jazzy is a bit of a raver getting you up at 4.30am, just think of it as practice.

AFM: Not much to report here, had OB appt today. My blood pressure was a bit higher than normal, but no concern as I have fairly low blood pressure anyway so my numbers were still within normal range. Then had to get 36 week bloods and Strep B swab, even though I'm having a c/s my OB likes to have the swab done anyway incase my waters break before the c/s date. He did however make the comment today that we have a "nice sized baby" duh, my tummy is now 124cm round and getting bigger all the time. I was also told to just be aware of anything different or unusual as pretty much anything could happen from now on. So double checked hossy bag when I got home and going to try and keep everything up to date. Weekly visits from now on, which is only 2 more until D Day..Ahhh it is now so real.

Have a good rest of your day everyone. Big belly rubs to you all.

    Hi Kelly,
thanks for the heads up on changes. I'll answer you here as I have to get in a good day's study today. So often I'm just so uncomfortable and sleeeeepy, but have promised myself a good day (no matter how much chocolate mud cake it takes)!

Are you kidding on Jasmine getting me up at 4.30? that's what time she drags her sorry butt home after an all nighter, that's me going back to bed at that time. It's payback I'm sure of it, I never went out until midnight and yep, dragged my sorry self home later than that My poor Mum! You must have been kinder to yours

Azz, so glad to hear you are all on track for your c/s. Have a fantastic day escaping for DDs birthday on Saturday.

Murph: it is almost like Murphy's law (do you like the pun), but I'm sure you were hoping to get at least a good 14-16 years before the all night partying started. I just think mine takes after her daddy and loves her sleep as she has been so good lately and letting me get a good 8 hours sleep a night with only 1 loo break she keeps up that trend when she comes out.

Oh, by the way girls Grand Final Day tomorrow. Off to mum & dad's to watch as we don't want to go too far just in case something happens. It will ne nice as mum will make a nice lunch for us and my "Cats" can win again this year which will make 2009 such a good year for me.

    1 more thing...........17 Days & Counting.......

    Hi everyone!

I am very excited today, I have a belly on my avi, YAY! now it is matching my belly IRL, I am feeling great (thank you 2nd trimester) and not so worried now that my belly isn't big enough (the dangers of comparing ). Though I can't imagine how I have two in there, the website says average CRL at 18 weeks is 14.2cm, that is almost 30cm of baby, where have I put them? LOL. So happy so happy. So now just hanging out for our morphology scan which will be 19w6d, and finding out for sure if it is two little girlies in there. I will totally go crazy if they aren't cooperating and we can't know for sure. Here is my latest belly pic if you are interested Login | Facebook

Sorry, sorry, enough about me .

Dee, if you are reading, can't wait to see you tomorrow, looking forward to meeting IRL and congrats too on 10 weeks.

Kelly - OMG, I can't believe it, 17 days that is so exciting. Have a great grand final day tomorrow.

Murph, your place sounds divine and I love your room for Jazzy. Hope you are getting some sleep.

Smithy, YAY for 20 weeks, big congrats, hope your ms is settling down.

Azz, so excited for you for the 2nd Oct, can't wait to hear all about your two bubs.

Saph, good news re getting your script, I hope your ms eases off and hope you are keeping well.

Krikkit, hope you are well too! I counted from EPU to get my EDD too.

BOC, hi to you, congrats on 12 weeks, is your NT scan comming up?

Poppy, welcome, so glad to see you here and how wonderful for kicks. I haven't felt anything yet.

Grub, you have been quiet last couple of days, hope all is ok. And everyone says don't worry about weight, it will come off especially if you get back to your 10km runs, what a champ that is amazing, I am lucky if I can run for the phone. And I have heard 600 calories a day are burned through breast feeding . And great news re not having GD.

Bridget, hope you are keeping well too, and feeling a bit more confident as time goes on. Are you having another scan between now and your NT scan? Thinking of you.

Neptune, hope all is progressing on the home front. Not long to go for you now either!

    MissMagpie, hi to you too!

Hello everyone else I have missed. Greenslw, where are you? Haven't seen you post in a few days either. Hope you are well.

Lots of luv to everyone xx

ooh bdt i like the avi! lol. very pretty i'm so happy to hear you are feeling really well. enjoy it lovey!

yaya kelly d - that is sooo close. how are you feeling? nervous? excited? over it? lol.

karmas a biatch hey murph lol... well if that's the case, then according to my mother i'm in for a horrid time apparently i was "a real little witch'' for the first few years. bluey was doing his dance last night about 1am and i considered joining him to put him back to sleep.have you tried that? or does she just wake up again as soon as you lay down?

yay azz. that is so super duper close! and have fun at the weekend with your bday party - but remember to take it easy! i'm sure it's just what the doc ordered - some time out with your family.

saph - has the maxalon helped love?

hi smithy - are you feeling any better these days?

afm - yes bdt i've been quiet cos i'm been feeling extremely fatigued and unwell. have been sleeping for 2-3 hrs every arvo and then back for 8-10 hrs that night. and today i have nasty diahorrea.

so i'd like to know who the hell was driving the bus that just hit me! but spoke to my boss today and he is urging me to go back to part time hours and "take care of that baby''... he's such a lovely man. so i'll only be working 4 days a week from next week and doing 2-3 half days.

also found out today that dh's work has stuffed him about big time! he was supposed to go away for a 7 week training course on oct 10. so we've bought airfares for my sister to fly from cairns and be with me for 10+ days and we have all our plans in place in terms of back ups as he only gets home 2 weeks before my due date.... well today one of his bosses called to say they missed putting him on that course and there's no room left for anyone else... can he go in january!!!!!!

so that would mean i have a month-old baby and would be left all alone for 7 weeks. with no support, no family, no friends.

sorry for the long vent girls, i'm just feelig a bit stressed about it all. hopefully dh will sort it out on monday and i won't have to worry.

geez, im a misery guts.... oxo

    Ladies,

    We have a

Whilst I know some of you from the LTTTC and TWW threads, I also know many of you because I've stalked this thread for 6 months

We are 14dpo today. HcG results this morning are 137. I'll be having a 6 week scan on 12 October, but no further blood tests at this point - is that normal? I'd personally like to have a few more BTs to make me feel more comfortable that the levels are increasing.

Feeling quite and a little sicky. Have stocked up on ginger and am off to see the Naturopath tomorrow, because after 3 years of TTC, I've never actually had to think about a pregnancy or how I'm meant to deal with that.

BDT - I LOVE your avvy, very cool.

Smithy, 20 weeks!? That's fantastic! I've been enjoying watching your belly photos, keep them coming.

I'll get to know everyone in the next few weeks, but for now am just desperate for my 6-week scan.

    See you all soon,
    Seph
