Thanks so much for your words Nixon. Yes I suppose I feel like I could really let go of everything I've bottled up for so long. You must be right though that your survival mode kicks in and doesn't let you feel it until you're in a better place to deal with it and you don't need so much of your strength for the fight ahead. I 'm not quite in that safe place that you are but I'm glad you're feeling better after so long. Thanks for sharing.

i had an awesome accupuncture session today after my bloods and I'm due to call about the results but I'm fairly okay with it all, so not in any hurry to call. Gotta go pee but
